Today, 20.09.2022, offers were decrypted that were received through the Centralized Automated Information System "Electronic Public Procurement" (CAIS EOP) under three open procedures under the Public Procurement Act in connection the expansion of Chiren UGS.
For the first public procurement for the "Procurement of the necessary materials and equipment, construction and commissioning of site: Expansion of Chiren UGS capacity - Above-ground part”, three offers were received, where the participants who decrypted their offers using CAIS EOP, are, as follows:
- DZZD TECH ENERGY EXPANSION, with participants in the association:
- TECHMADEX S.A.;
- GLAVBOLGARSTROY AD;
- GLAVBOLGARSTROY INTERNATIONAL AD;
- PROTRACING EOOD.
- DZZD CHIREN HAD 2022, with participants in the association:
- ATOMENERGOREMONT AD;
- SILVER WAY ЕООD;
- HABAU S.R.L.
The estimated value of the public procurement amounts to BGN 300 000 000.00 (three hundred million), VAT excluded.
The economically most advantageous offer will be determined based on the selected awarding criterion "price/quality ratio" according to indicators related to the operation of the gas turbine engines, the organisation envisaged by the participants for the implementation of the activities from the subject matter of the public procurement and pricing parameters.

For the second public procurement for the “Spatial planning, investment design, procurement of the necessary materials and equipment, construction and commissioning of the construction site: Expansion of Chiren UGS capacity - Wells”, three offers were received, where the participants who decrypted their offers using CAIS EOP, are, as follows:
- DZZD CHIREN DRILLING 2022, with participants in the association:
- ATOMENERGOREMONT AD;
- INA BUILD EOOD.
- DZZD EXALO DRILLING CHIREN, with participants in the association:
- GLAVBOLGARSTROY AD
- GLAVBOLGARSTROY INTERNATIONAL AD;
- GAS PROJECT DEVELOPMENT EOOD.
The most economically advantageous offer will be determined based on the selected best value for money awarding criterion according to indicators, including the organisation for implementation of the activities provided for by the participants and the proposed price.

For the third public procurement for the Investment design, supply of the necessary materials and equipment, construction and commissioning of construction site: "Gas pipeline connecting Chiren UGS to the existing gas transmission network of Bulgartransgaz in the area of Butan village", six offers were received, where the participants who decrypted their offers using CAIS EOP, are, as follows:
- DZZD STROYGASSYSTEM, with participants in the association:
- GLAVBOLGARSTROY INTERNATIONAL AD;
- GLAVBOLGARSTROY AD
- PROTRACING EOOD.

- DZZD INFRA EXPERT-VEMAK, with participants in the association:

- INFRA EXPERT AD;
- CONSORTIUM VEMAK DZZD.

The estimated value of the public procurement amounts to BGN 83 915 000,00 (eighty-three million nine hundred and fifteen thousand), VAT excluded.
The most economically advantageous tender shall be determined based on the selected best value for money awarding criterion in line with indicators, including term of implementation, the organisation for implementation of the activities provided for by the participants and price offered.
