Pursuant to the requirements of the Energy Act, the Public Enterprises Act and Directive 2009/73 (EC), as of March 2013 Bulgartransgaz EAD is governed by a two-tier organizational and management structure:
Supervisory Board, which consists of a chairperson, deputy chairperson and three members and a Management Board, which consists of a chairperson and two members.
