With a decision of Bulgartransgaz EAD Supervisory Board of 16 December 2014 changes in the corporate Management Board have been made.
In line with article 81e of the Energy Act the Supervisory Board decision shall take effect after the SEWRC decision that is taken on 29 December 2014.
The Management Board previous members – Evgeni Popov, Antonia Uzunova and Kiril Temelkov have been relieved from their duties, and they are replaced by Georgi Gegov, Tanya Zaharieva and Delyan Dimitrov. The replacement is motivated by the desire to further step up the realization of the interconnections with the neighboring countries and Chiren UGS storage facility expansion, launched during the outgoing management.
The change in the management with regard to third parties will effectively come into force as of the day of its entering into the Trade Register, which is expected to be on 9 January 2015.
