Having regard to the amendments in the regulatory framework of the access and transmission services and the respective update of the contractual framework and as a follow-up to the public consultation of the Contract for Access And Transport, Contract for Natural Gas Purchase and Sale for Balancing and Contract for the Virtual Trading Point (VTP) Use, Bulgartransgaz EAD reviewed the submitted positions and took into account specific proposals:
Bulgartransgaz EAD Management Board adopted the amended contracts and they will be applied as of 1 October 2017 for Gas Year 2017/2018.

Harmonised Contract for Access and Transport together with the General Terms and Conditions thereto
Contract for Natural Gas Purchase and Sale for Balancing
The Harmonised Contract for Access and Transport together with the General Terms and Conditions thereto and the Contract for Natural Gas Purchase and Sale for Balancing will be sent to the users who are granted the right to access Bulgartransgaz EAD natural gas transmission networks in line with article 10a of the Rules for access to the gas transmission and/or the gas distribution networks and the natural gas storage facilities.
To book capacity in Bulgartransgaz EAD gas transmission networks users must also have registered on the RBP, as laid down in the Operational Rules of RBP and the RBP Network User’s Membership Agreement (NUMA).
